Charming traditional decor, Excellent shower facilities, Proximity to city center attractions
The check-out process needs to be streamlined for guest convenience!!! Noise from street activity disrupts sleep quality!!! Maintenance issues like a malfunctioning room telephone require more attention!!!

The bed in our spacious room was super comfy, and we loved sipping coffee on our own private balcony. There were great relaxation spots like the lounge by the fire and a well-stocked minibar. Just a tiny hiccup with some cleanliness we noticed, but it didn't overshadow our fantastic stay. 😊

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for exploring Leeds, and we loved the stylish rooms that felt both cozy and upscale. The complimentary access to a local health club was a fantastic bonus, especially after traveling with our non-service dog.
My kids wished there were more food options for breakfast. The hotel could enhance the child-friendly experience by offering a more extensive children's menu.

great decor but minor cleanliness issue
The hotel's decor stood out with its modern and stylish touches, creating a welcoming environment. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist. The baggage storage facility proved invaluable for exploring the area post-check-out.
I noticed some dust in the corner of the room, which slightly detracted from the overall cleanliness.

The Gladstone Suite impressed with its spaciousness, complete with a separate living area and a super king bed in a turret-style bathroom. Classic oak paneling and stained glass windows throughout the hotel added a unique, historical charm that truly stood out.
Parking was a nightmare. the advertised lot was limited and I was directed to an expensive multi-storey facility that was a hassle to reach due to the confusing roadworks. Room 101 faced a bin collection area, resulting in disrupted sleep from the noise in the early hours, which many might find bothersome for a peaceful stay. The breakfast area felt cramped, with tables still dirty from previous guests and a slow food service that left much to be desired.

The decor was stunning, with unique features that truly captured the historic charm of the place. be mindful that the mini bar items are chargeable as it was unclear at first.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 5 nights. The bed was super comfy, which was great for winding down after a long day. I loved the decor. it felt really cozy and had that charming Olde English vibe. The room was spacious and tidy. There were nice touches like complimentary water and L’Occitane toiletries. I appreciated having a fridge too. Only downside was some street noise during the night, but it wasn't too bothersome. Really enjoyed the overall comfort during my stay!
