Staying here for a concert was a fantastic experience. The room was stunning and extremely comfortable, offering a perfect respite after a long day. The staff were attentive and made me feel valued throughout my stay. The recommendation for dinner was spot on, making my visit enjoyable and memorable.

A Perfect Getaway for Special Occasions!

Celebrating my husband's 40th birthday was made extra special. Room service provided great late-night snacks. Tip, be mindful of mini-bar charges—there’s a price list in the desk drawer!

The Gladstone Suite impressed with its spaciousness, complete with a separate living area and a super king bed in a turret-style bathroom. Classic oak paneling and stained glass windows throughout the hotel added a unique, historical charm that truly stood out.

Parking was a nightmare. the advertised lot was limited and I was directed to an expensive multi-storey facility that was a hassle to reach due to the confusing roadworks. Room 101 faced a bin collection area, resulting in disrupted sleep from the noise in the early hours, which many might find bothersome for a peaceful stay. The breakfast area felt cramped, with tables still dirty from previous guests and a slow food service that left much to be desired.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 5 nights. The bed was super comfy, which was great for winding down after a long day. I loved the decor. it felt really cozy and had that charming Olde English vibe. The room was spacious and tidy. There were nice touches like complimentary water and L’Occitane toiletries. I appreciated having a fridge too. Only downside was some street noise during the night, but it wasn't too bothersome. Really enjoyed the overall comfort during my stay!
